How to change profile.

My son wants to play multiplayer on Battlefield 4 with his friend but says he is too young to play.  He is 12 and I have changed all the settings I know to change and still will not let him on.  Is there anything else I can do or do I just need to get my money back and wait a couple of years.

BF4 has the following ratings and so you should probably wait until your son is old enough to play.

PEGI rating: PENDING
ESRB rating: 17+

I need a real live person to call me or tell me how to set it up for my under age son to be able to play battlefield 4 on his xbox live 360?  I have spent over an hour with microsoft trying to help me but we were unsuccessul.  Why can't I call and talk with someone on the phone????????????????????? I hate trying to do this all over the computer.
