During the last period about a month ago I can not finish the whole game I disconnected during the game and get the message: Could not join server what to do and how facilities

Without more info it's hard to help you. I would say try and look if some of BF4's ports are blocked: http://help.ea.com/en/article/online-ports-for-battlefield-4/

I started the game after about 15 minutes of the game disconnects and I get the message!
   Could not join server what to do and how facilities

 All open router ports [dnz] and there is no blockage problem calls after I play and at regular times and servers have different servers I manage a complete game and the next game it happens
Real problem is impossible to play so thank HAIM9
