. on my ps3 two user names, one I play, I buy other additions to the game and premium. After buying the ps4 I synced both names, but the game is not opened and premium supplement uzhe open my arms. Give me back all that was.

I recommend to get in contact with one of our Game Advisor if your PS4 and PS3 account is not properly connected to your Origin account. Please keep in mind that the transfer program is over and that you can't transfer your PS3 Premium status and soldier to your PS4 account.
