"ERROR Game disconnected: client closed down connection."
I have:
-Updated Punkbuster
-Just downloaded a 2gb (!) update that became available for BF4 last night (Nov 2nd)
-Updated my Nvidia graphics card (which solved a severe graphical slowdown problem in game)
-Repaired the BF4 install and double checked it for a new update afterwards.
-My internet is fine.
-I've added "http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/" to be a cookie exeption on Google Chrome browser. (hope that's how that's done)
-I've allowed BF4 to pass through my firewall.
And of course, I have trawled through these forums looking for a fix. Great fun! I should be playing BF4
multiplayer but instead I'm doing technical troubleshooting. Thanks DICE and EA! *%$*£!
