I run my game at high settings, and can hit 120fps+ easily unless it's a 64 player server, but I've been getting red Low FPS indicators. See this image to see what I mean: http://i.imgur.com/wfNhpt2.png (Ignore the circled one, Its from another thread)
I can't figure out why I'm getting these, every time I get the Low FPS one my game stutters and it's obnoxious to play with. I tried reinstalling BF4 and it didn't help. I tried different graphics settings, all high, all ultra, all low, still does it. My drivers are up to date. I've determined through using console commands that when my Low FPS indicator turns on, my CPU spikes in usage on the graph, literally BREAKING THROUGH half my screen in a giant tower.
Stuff I've tried:
Uninstalling/reinstalling BF4
Uninstalling/reinstalling GPU drivers
Changing to every single graphics preset
Changing from Mantle to DX11
Disabling Origin in-game client
