Error whilst trying to redeem bf4 code

Hi trying to redeem my bf4 code that I got from http://www.amd4u.com/getbattlefield4/ simply says "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please try again later." has been saying this for the past hour, when I enter the key it recognizes it is for bf4 and when I press next to confirm product it gives me the error message
