Can i share BF4 premium with 2 accounts on the same ps4?

I know I can share the Maps between deffrent  accounts on the same PS4 but can i share the other stuff like emblems,double xp events..etc ?

The above post is incorrect.  When you "game-share" Premium, you only get the DLC, etc, not any of the Premium entitlements on Battlelog etc.

As long as you have premium installed on the same PS4, all accounts will have premium access
