CLOUD SYNC PROMPT NO LONGER APPEARS, STUCK ON "JOINING SERVER"

I Reinstalled battlefield 4 in hopes that i could play the game without having anymore crashes. After I updated the game today, and installed new plugins, I tried to play. 
When I get into battlelog and choose a server, it pops up origin but no "cloud data sync" prompt. Since there is no sync, I also get stuck on the "Joining server" blue bar. The game gets stuck in my task manager and says " error connecting to battlefield 4 , Please use task manager to shut down." 
I have tried everything I can. 

-updating punkbuster 
- Installing Directx components 
-restarting cloud data by checking and un-checking boxes in origin 
- Redistributing components and even Disabling and enabling plugins for battlelog. 
-Uninstalling and reinstalling origin with latest update. 

I am at a loss and cannot play the game I spent over $100 on. 

I have updated the game as far as possible and tried every fix I can find on the internet. 
Stupid game is broken and DICE wont fix jack sh**. I am now uninstalling the game, so i can reinstall to see if that works. 
If it doesn't I will uninstall, and cease playing the game all together because it is far too frustrating. 

PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS ISSUE. Don't know how else to go about correcting the problem.
