Bf4 error installation 14% ps3 update1.17

Hello everybody

I an having a huge problem with bf4 on ps3. I tried downloading update 1.17 (latest bf4) and i downloaded it like 30-40 times but i always get this error after downloading and precisely at installin on 14%!! I tried everything... I really need help because im giving up on this game!

My ps3 is chech-2104B (model num) and serial number 02-27455123-1270865-CHECH-2104B. I live in Bahrain (middle east region) my ps3 is slim 350 GB
