Battlescreen icon to click not appearing on Battlelog.

Yes my browser is up to date and so are the plugins. The Battlescreen is not appearing on my browser. I'm playing on ps4. Yes I'm on the same router. My ps4 is hardwired through the router and my computer is on wifi through the same router.
