When I try to log in to my battlelog profiile, it says that I've been banned!? However, I done nothing 'bad'. Any suggestions on what to do?

Does it say anything about ban duration? Did you perhaps get a mail about the ban?
Well, the only thing that can be done is writing an appeal to accountdisputes@ea.com. Involve as many details as possible regarding your situation. Keep in mind that it may take them a while to reply.
Also, I think that changing password and security question wouldn't hurt... just in case if you suspect that any people manage to hack their way in.

Don't worry guys. I've found an email in my junks (I have no idea how it got in there).
Here is the email:
By the way, this is a joke... I haven't been on psn for 4 days... You can only laugh at this... PATHETIC and I would not even think about asking someone's password, credit card etc. I won't even mention harassment.
Anyway, thanks for the help!

Well, that explains it. If you didn't do it, then it means that someone probably hacked into your account, so I would really recommend changing password, security question and maybe even your Origin mail if you want to go all-out. No point in writing to accountdisputes imo, not when it's just a 72-hour suspension. It's up to you though.
Ah, an better edit the link from ban reason. I doubt that anyone would be crazy enough to click it, but better safe than sorry.
