Hi there,

 

I've just gone to log on to Battlelog for a few rounds of BF4, but I appear to have been banned?

Hi! This is just a gamer to gamer help forum. We can not access your account details and see the reason why you were banned. Please contact EA Support Help Center and provide them with you origin account details and ask them why you were banned. Thanks!

Answers HQ cannot handle bans. They don't have access to your account - They can't look into any specific cases. All anyone can do in here is link to your options. This is why I have put the solution on solidus1983 post. 

If your feed / profile photo / Presentation is "Hidden By The Battlelog Administrators" You can post in the following thread to request it to be unhidden. Please remove anything that may violate the terms and service before posting as it will just remain hidden for a tos violation.Please see this link...

- Information of the situation
- First and last name
- Game/Product name
- Persona's name
- Where your game or product was purchased
- Banned or Suspended
- Error/Notification Message received (if any)

For anyone who got this on Battlelog..."You have been banned from Battlelog. If you believe this was done in error, please contact Customer Services". Then please do this...

2 Select your game and platform, Then click next.
3 Select a topic and write about your problem.
