trying to log onto battlefield 4 multiplayer through EA online I put the password in an email its stuck on next on the welcome back screen

@whosaidwhat777 could you please provide us some details on which platform you play Battlefield 4? Workarounds highly depend on your system. I recommend to reset your console aka to clear your console cache. It might be necessary to delete your game files but it would be good to know on which system you play before we provide further workarounds.
