Battlefield 4 unload-able game

[ Edited ]

Hello there guys, I have an issue I seem to be unable to fix.
Up until a few days ago my PC had an issue that i was forced to format it, (before this I was able to play battlefield without any issue) however after I had formatted my PC and downloaded everything i needed to download I'm unable to join any server, so what ends up happening is which ever game i'm trying to get into won't go further than the loading screen to that specific map and it just gets stuck on it for ages, longest i stayed was 10mins and it just didn't load the actual game.

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

PS: I have re-installed literally  everything (origin, punkbuster, battlefield4... and it still won't work)

also forgot to say im running on Windows 8.1 pro

Hello.

- try to check system disk and disk where game is

- make system cleanup and check system for errors - run commandline as Admin and enter a commands then restart PC:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /spsuperseded /hidesp
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase
SFC /SCANNOW
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

- delete intel gpu driver, restart PC, install this version, restart PC

- delete nvidia gpu driver, restart PC, install this version with "Clean install" option, restart PC

- try to update driver for keyboard, but close its program before playing in bf4

- close/exit from "MSI Gaming APP" and stop it services "GamingApp_Service" and MSI_ActiveX_Service

- close/exit from NVIDIA Experience and any recording software

- try unplug second monitor and go to nvidia gpu driver and change in it "multiple display performance mode" to "single display performance mode"

- also unplug other usb devices (joystick, gamepad, etc.)

- again delete folder settings of bf4 C:\Users\[User_name]\Documents\Battlefield 4\ and dont change ingame video options such as API graphics - use DX11, and display mode - use Full screen

- check that game use the nvidia gpu

- again check for other programs and close/disable it

- try to play

Hello @LazyTeen

try to:

- download dxwesetup and run/install it as Admin

- reinstall vc++:

Spoiler
a) all install run as Admin;
b) before install this, delete all already installed versions;
c) if you have x64 OS, you'd install x32 and x64 packages of all versions:

VC2005 (хххххх80.dll) - https://www.microsoft.com/download/details.aspx?id=26347
VC2008 (хххххх90.dll) - https://www.microsoft.com/download/details.aspx?id=26368
VC2010 (ххххх100.dll) - https://www.microsoft.com/download/details.aspx?id=26999
VC2012 (ххххх110.dll) - https://www.microsoft.com/download/details.aspx?id=30679
VC2013 (ххххх120.dll) - https://www.microsoft.com/download/details.aspx?id=40784
VC2015 (ххххх140.dll) - https://www.microsoft.com/download/details.aspx?id=52685

- close/disable some programs like "Razer Surround/Synapse", RivaTuner, "EVGA Precision", Fraps, MSI Afterburner, ASRock eXtreme Tuner, Skype, XFire, XSplit and other...

- Try to delete folder settings of bf4 C:\Users\[User_name]\Documents\Battlefield 4\
- run Origin as Admin and try to play
