Battlefield 4 multiplayer freezing(platform Microsoft xbox 360)

When I am playing online on battlefield 4 my screen keeps freezing so I have to turn my xbox off and back on again. I have no idea why it keeps doing this at first I thought the xbox 360 isn't powerful enough to be able to run battlefield.

EA has released two multiplayer update and the game still freezes the system.  EA support told me to reboot my router and Xbox.  Really!  Develop an update that works.
