Battlefield 4 and my character dissapearing from origin acc

When I refreshed windows 8 ( means deleting every app that wasnt default ) my origin acc no longer had my BF 4 game, which I bought in form of a CD.
When I go to install it, a code is asked and when I write it down it says it has allready been used, but there is no BF4 on my origin where I can download it.
Why cant I play a game that I have in my hand and paid for it. Also when I log into my acc on battlelog, I have no soldier ( and I had a 50 lvl soldier )
