Battlefield 4 Update Issues

I have spent over an hour trying to resolve this issue. I even had to reset my network settings to change my NAT to "Open". I have read through all of the "Known BF4 Xbox One issues" and none of them helped. My issue is that today I turned on my Xbox One for the first time since December 21st and I understand there was an update for Battlefield 4. I have not received that update yet and have searched EVERYWHERE for this update. When I go to play a multiplayer game I cannot join anything! I click Conquest 800 times and eventually it creates a server FOR ME only. This is ridiculous! How hard is it to make a manual update? Do I have to sit here and stare at my Xbox until I get a notification? Will I ever be able to enjoy Multiplayer again?

Nevermind, seems as though the EA servers were down (and nobody cared to let us know).
