Battlefield 4 Randomly Quits

Before the patch I would play a map (this usually happens every single game) and the game would disconnect, returning me to the browser with the following message: Game disconnected: client closed down connection.

Now, though, as I am playing I will start to lag, screen goes black (but it shows the loading bar top right) and then the game just quits. Once again returning me to the browser but with no error message whatsoever. I am assuming it is still the same issue.

Any suggestions/help? Ports are forwarded. Firewall is set. Graphics up to date.

I was having the exact same problem, and reinstalling Punkbuster fixed the issue for me, so that might be worth a shot?
