Battlefield 4 Patch 1.04 unable to install PS3

when i started BF4 up, on the PS3. I got a pop up message saying there is a 1.04 update patch, i click yes, it says wait and after 10 or so seconds it restarts my system. Then when i start up BF4 again i get the pop up for the patch again and it does the same thing again, have tried at least 8 times already.

PLEASE HELP, would love to play the game further

I can install it. The game work perfectly.

After i installed the 1.04 patch.. now its seriously really ahrd to get connected to the server.
