Battlefield 4 Online Multiplayer

So I just logged on to play some Battlefield 4 and it shows all of my xp and levels go all the way to 1, I am a level 19 and have alot of unlocks and it's showing none of my unlocks or anything else. Is this going to be ongoing or will it be fixed, I will not start the multiplayer from scratch again, I have not had any issues besides this, but it's frustrating me and making it so I will stop playing this game. Please if any one can fix this I would appreciate it. Thanks

i get this problem all the time. to fix i try a different server or restart the game. ussually a quick fix for me
