Battlefield 4 Download Issue

Basically, I just bought the game. I clicked yes for the content installation, and just after an xbox notification popped up saying there was an update. Stupidly, I clicked download now for the xbox update so it ended the content installation. Now, when I try and do the content installation it gets about 3/4 of the way through and stops, and then just sends me back to the start. Any fix? Thanks.

Have you already tried to delete the content aka to clear your console cache? If you are playing on Xbox One, hold down your finger on the Xbox icon on your console for around 10 seconds.

If you are playing on Xbox 360, please try the following workaround:

To make sure that no corrupt data causing your issue, you should clear your cache:

1. From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.
2. Select System Settings.
3. Select Storage.
4. Highlight Hard Drive Device.
5. Press Y to select Device Options, then Clear System Cache.
6. Reboot your console.
