My PC crashes after every round of BF4 with a BSOD and the error "Bad_Pool_Caller". I have an AMD card and Windows 8 64 bit, I know that this is a known error but I was wondering if there is a fix for this yet?!

so the game is great. i was amazed how much smoother the final release is compare to the beta.
but every now and then, my comp blue screens and forces me to manual reboot. no other games does this.
and every now and then, the game also crashes, and i get the usual program has crashed windows message asks me if i want to close it.
anyone else having blue screen?
HD7950 with 13.11 Beta 7 driver
Q6600 @3.7ghz.
and please, before you say anything about my Q6600, it's rock solid for 5 years at that frequency. this is the first time i am seeing a blue screen in a LONG time.

The first thing I would suggest is to make sure all your drivers are updated. Secondly I would look in the log files for both the crash and the BSOD and post it here.
