Battlefield 4 BSOD after every multiplayer round

★★★★ Novice

My PC crashes after every round of BF4 with a BSOD and the error "Bad_Pool_Caller". I have an AMD card and Windows 8 64 bit, I know that this is a known error but I was wondering if there is a fix for this yet?!

Battlefield 4 crashes my pc entirely while switching maps after a game ends (Windows 8.1)

★★★ Novice

After a game of Battlefield 4 has ended in about 30 seconds to a minute of transitioning into the next map my entire system crashes and I get an error called "Bad Pool Caller"

System Specs:

Windows 8.1 64bit

Intel i7 3770k @ 3.5ghz

AMD Radeon HD 7770 w/ Latest beta drivers (i've tried multiple versions of AMD drivers)

8GB Ram

128gb Seagate SSD

1TB Seagate HDD (bf4 is loaded onto this drive)

I have this issue as well. Loads the next map, screen turns red and crashes the entire desktop.

4 gb RAM

AMD R7 260x (latest drivers)

Windows 8.1

For BSODs I advise running an elevated command prompt and then the following command: SFC /scannow

This will check for and repair any system file corruption.

blue screen of death with BF4

★★★ Apprentice

so the game is great. i was amazed how much smoother the final release is compare to the beta.

but every now and then, my comp blue screens and forces me to manual reboot. no other games does this.

and every now and then, the game also crashes, and i get the usual program has crashed windows message asks me if i want to close it.

anyone else having blue screen?

HD7950 with 13.11 Beta 7 driver
Q6600 @3.7ghz.

and please, before you say anything about my Q6600, it's rock solid for 5 years at that frequency. this is the first time i am seeing a blue screen in a LONG time.

The first thing I would suggest is to make sure all your drivers are updated. Secondly I would look in the log files for both the crash and the BSOD and post it here.
