Batllefield 4 PREMIUM problem ... Waiting to install ( PS4 )

Today I have purchased B4 premium for 380 KN ( Croatia ), around 55 EUR , and when I downloaded Premium file it stoped when it needs to be installed. All I got was a message at downloads --- Waiting to install . Can anyone help me and tell me how to fix this or how do I get my money back. I need some answers , please !!!! I purchased Batllefield4 from PS Store , same as Premium.

Do you have still issues and have you already tried to cancel your download, delete any Battlefield 4 files on your console in order to install Battlefield 4 and download Premium again?
