Ban expiration date?

I was banned by fairfight for 1 week (168 hours). That time has elapsed but I'm still banned. How can I resolve this?

Answer HQ cannot handle bans. We don't have access to your account - we can't look into any specific cases. You have to do as you were told. Wait. All we can do in here is link to your options.
