BF4 Sound Fix (temp) post Mantle update [ Edited ]

I found that if I change the sound type ingame under audio, from say hi-fi to wartime.

Play the map completely through.

All future maps have sound. 

If you log off our out of game ... you must do this over again

have fun .. complain less .. and enjoy the ride 

edit: looks like you need to play through a full map to get sound.   BF4 pennance ...
