Ok i have done everything that you can possibly do that can be found in the forums from reinstalling to letting punkbuster get updated, making sure that BF4 is through firewall along with punkbuster to switching my power settings. NOTHING WORKED. It just loads, music plays, the little blue bar at bottom of battlelog says im online playing BF4 on pc. then the music cuts out it continues to flash loading and then crashes saying BF4 stopped working sending details to microsoft.
I have live chatted with an advisor to help me go through all the different workarounds and things i said at top i did CASE#10128239. So now im going to post my computer specs to see if you guys can figure out anything else that can be done hope this is helpful.

Yeah I'm done too. I'm going to assume it's just the beta that has these issues with certain computers not being able to play. I don't even have any money and just wanted a free game to play for a little bit. I just have a hard time believing that the beta is all inclusive to the hardware that will be compatible with the game. The fact that it's also a 64-bit only beta locks out some hardware and/or software potentially in the event someone's running a 32-bit Windows OS on their rig.
The full release I think will probably work fine, it's just that whatever was kept out of the beta installation probably is unintentionally limiting who actually gets to play in this beta.

Sick update that doesn't work. I'm uninstalling the beta now for space.
Glad I didn't pre-order.

Please check your Battlefield 4 client (aka Origin) for updates. Let us know if an update of the game changes anything about your issue.
Cheers

And please be precise in your reply to help DICE fix this issue...
Describe your configuration ,what is your problem exactly and what you tried so far to fix it...
Here is a link you can reply to fast support: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/forum/threadview/2955064762670505732/459/
