BF linking trouble (xbox one ->origins)

I am trying to link my bf4 xbox one account with origins so I can start the phantom project but am having a lot of trouble linking them. I am not trying to link my xbox 360 account because that one is way lower level and doesn't have premium. I am super lost right now on how I can link origins to my xbox one. I am open to restarting my xbox one account on bf4 to start the phantom project if that is necessary. But when I try to login with my xbox account it logins with my xbox 360 progress which i don't want.
