He had a Battlelog thread created as well. I think he bought all of the shortcuts and then saw the bundle and though he could have gotten only that one instead every shortcut one by one. I suggested him to contact EA Support about this issue.

I just looked at your profile here:  http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/soldier/CrNormanHathcock/weaponunlocks/1041157181/pc/ and everything covered by the shortcut bundles is unlocked.  Please note that the shortcut bundle only unlocked class based progression weapons and gadgets for the base game.  It does not unlock any attachements for those weapons, it does not unlock any assigment based unlocks, weapons, or gadgets or any weapons, unlocks, or gadgets from any expansion packs.

Are you saying that you only purchased the Ultimate shortcut bundle and wonder why all of the bundles are being marked as you already have?  If that is what you are asking since all other shortcut packs are covered by the ultimate shortcut bundle that is why the rest say that you own them.  You can verify this by looking at the charges in your account.
