Assignments not progressing

I'm trying to unlock the "Swiss cheese" assignment but it's stuck and won't progress even if I complete every criteria for it.

I tried contacting support and they redirected me here. Any help would be appriciated.

Yes, I've tried uninstalling naval strike as well as the entire client. Still won't work though.
