online pass won't work

I recently recieved a corrupted file warning when starting up bf3. Everytime I'd go to play bf3 it would give me the corrupted file warning. I just decided today to clean up my storage space on my xbox and also delete the corrupted file so that I could stop the warnings. I reinstalled and downloaded the files and now I'm trying to put the online pass code back in and it says it won't take it, that I need to buy a new one. Can anyone help?

I would recommend to contact one of our Game Advisor if you have any trouble with re-entering your Online Pass. Please keep in mind that they will need some private information to verify that you are the account owner.
