Try reinstalling Punkbuster. http://www.punkbuster.com/index.php?page=pbsetup.php

The easiest solution is to open your PC Origin client, go to your games library, right click BF3's icon and select "repair".  If that doesn't solve the problem I suggest going to the Punkbuster site and manually updating the PB client (Be sure to run as administrator during installation).
