Wrong or used serial number

Hi,

I'm from Poland, and few days ago I bought Battlefield 3 in a shop . After registration at origin I tried to add my game by installation. Some error occurred and I got info that my code/ serial number had been already used. I don't know what to do now. I tried to contact to our polish help center. I send them photo of my game, my serial number, even a proof or purchase and they didn't help me at all. I don't know if it's the right place to write about it but I need help cause I bought my game and I can't even play...

Try to repair/re-install Origin and it should work again. If not, please take contact with the Support Team and they can help you further.
