Why can't I join games?

So, everything in battlelog and origin starts up fine, I'm fully up to date and I repaired the install in Origin. WHen I try to join servers the game manager pops up and says I'm joining and Origin says its syncing and launching BF. After that, nothing happens, the game manager says I'm still joining the server but I can't ever get into a game. Please help, I just want to play the game that I bought.

I tired all the options with various administer/service packs applied to both BF and Oriign and nothing has worked. I'm sending the information at the bottom of the post in an email and hopefully this issue can be resolved.

I am now getting the battlefield.exe to start when I try to join a server but it promptly crashes within 3-5 seconds. Any more suggestions?
