I rent a server weekly. Well this week I have been unable, since the shut down for "maintenance" to access my server that I rented. Others seem to be able to play on the server, but I was not able to connect. I was renting under East US server. I am so for today able to enter my server, but the day is young, as the problem has been off and on, more off than on.
I was raising the issue on the Battlelog site, I emailed DICE, with of course no response, now EA, I am hoping that someone can either extend my server or refund me my money.
If someone actually reads this, please do not email me using the email attached to my acct as it is wrong, has one too many m's, not sure what happened during set up.
