Purchase unavailable on Origin

I bought Battlefield 3 Premium on 02/10/2013 (order number 13354740519) and it is still not listed in my Origin games application. I have verified that my credit card company has released the funds, reloaded the app, signed off, refreshed my games, etc. Please help me access my purchase or refund my money.
