PunkBuster permanent ban but i doesn't find my name in pbbans list

when i try to join any battlefield 3 server i get this error: Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster permanent ban issues... i doesn't cheat and i doesn't use any cheat programs. and when i go to pbbans list i doesn't found my name in the list please help me. my name in origin and battlefield 3 is: semsem707gamer
