New, XPS Special Addition Computer, loaded.

When asked to start Campaign, told to download browsern plugin and install. Did and did but keeps on asking to download and and instal plugin again and again. ?????

There are two things that usually work for me when this happens (it's a rare occurance for me)

1. Try using another browser
2. Copy the plugin updater executable from your browser's downloads folder to your desktop, lose the browser, right click the update and run as an admin. After the process completes start the browser and it should work.
