Origin account/password

Hi! My friend has a problem with origin/battlelog. 1. The problem is he can login to origin, but in battlelog no. 

2. In Origin ,if he wants to change his password, he types in everything secret question too, but origin say wrong password typed in, i mean the password what he now has. And he isn't receiving email password reset.
