My code for Battlefield 3

Hello. So I bought a new copy of Battlefield 3. I installed it on my laptop first and then wanted to install on the pc. It wouldnt let me install in on the pc because it says that my code was already used. Can I get a new code please? My laptop cant even handle this game. Its all glitchy and laggy. I cant play the game on my laptop, and I cant install it on my pc. Can you please help?
