My Friend is not appearing on my battlelog

I added my friend on battlelog but it is not appearing but instead it says that we are not friends when he had already accepted the request.

This happened one time to me, I had to log into my PC Origin account, go to the friends tab, cancel my friend request and resend the request. When I did that everything worked as it should and he showed up.
