I still not getting any help at all :(

I not getting any help at all I just getting giving the run around here .... All I need is for someone to send me a email from battlefield log so I can put my new origin setting to my battlefield log so that I get total control over it. As my old hotmail was hacked so I get new hotmail address to use............. I just not getting any really advice or eve help ?  I get sent here by battlefield faceable then I come on here to ask  for help to sort this out and  I just don't feel like I am moving forward to eve get it done please someone help me ? So I can move on
