How to re install battlefield 3 premium?

I had to do a system recovery due to windows being stupid, meaning all my games got deleted, including bf3 premium, how do I install it back? As I bought it separately from bf3, I tried using the redeem your code option however this just said the code had already been used, thanks a lot any help much appreciated

The game is bound to the account on which you entered the code. Login to the Origin client using the same account and your game should be there.

As soon as I finished downloading original bf3 the premium popped up and started downloading :D Thanks
