Gpu usage drop

While playing BF3, my gpu usage will drop to 0% for 1-2 seconds and during that, freezing while its at 0%. Is there any fix for this? I just bought a psu thinking it would fix it and it didint.

Okay could you please provide us some information about your system? Especially your DXDIAG would help us to analyze your problem and provide you some workarounds.
