I followed your instructions from the email sent to me on 9/14/2012 but it has not resolved the issue of not getting into the game. What is the next course of action we need to take? I'm still getting the same error message when I try to get into game. " This File does not have a Program Associated with it for performing this action. Create an Association in the set Associations Control Panel."I was hoping to get this up an running again so I could buy the premium package but if I can't it would be a waste of another $60.00. This is leaving a very bad feeling about the game.
