Cant connect to ea service Battlefield 3 Xbox360

I'm unable to connect to the EA servers when playing Battlefield 3 on Xbox 360 even though I am connected to Xbox live. I have already hard reset my Xbox. Been doing this for 4 days now, please sort it out or refund my money
