Can't play with DLCs

I can not reach any server dlcs despite the fact that I have the BF3 Premium edition.

I tried to reinstall the entire game, fix it and even delete a dlc and update bf3, but it still does not work.

Any ideas ?

It was a account trouble. The Ea's callcenter help me by adding to my account the BF3 limited edition.

@Guibsiguibs when you click on BF3 in Origin and select "show game details" what does the DLC say, purchase, install?
