Battlefield 3 premium purchase - Does not show up to download and install

I just purchased battlefield 3 from origin website. It does not show up in the origin client under "my games", nearly 3 hours since the purchase (yes purchase worked, got e-mail confirmation from origin with order number.)

It's really annoying... buying a game for digital download and not being able to access it.

Where should I fetch help for that?

Did you buy Premium or Premium Edition? Or did you buy Premium and you already had the BF3 base game?
