I don't seem to have a Gun master ribbon yet I have 2 ribbons for finishing in the top 5 of gun master ?What is the criteria for a ribbon.

I have 15 domination wins but no finish on a domination round?What is the criteria for a ribbon.

I don't have a tank superiority ribbon yet 12 winner ribbons? How do I get all these ribbons to show in my profile.
