Battlefield 3 Premium Edition Installation online installation Problem (PC) [Product Code]

I just created my account, and along the process of installing Battlefield 3 Premium Edition I was asked for my product key. I gave my product key and it was ok. But my installation failed. when this happened i closed origin and went back in to re-install the game. Although when I entered my product code it says "product code is already activated/ in use". how do i fix this? I already tried the redeem product code but it would not work saying that my product code is in use already. pls help i just purchased this today. I saved up for this game anyone pls help.
