Back to Karkand code 'already used'

Having issues with my Back to Karkand passcode I received in my BF3 Limited Edition. When I redeem the code, it says it has already been used.

Was you game brand new still int he shrink wrap or did you purchase a used game (the LE Edition was only released during first run printing in 2011)?   If the game was brand new still in the shrink wrapy you will need to speak with a game advisor since this is a code redemption issue.  You can reach a game advisor here:  EA customer support:  https://help.ea.com/contact-us

If you purchased the game used you will have to download a free online pass from your platform's digital marketplace, be advised that this online pass will not give you B2K for free.
